Reservation & payment
- Reservations are confirmed once the 50% down payment is received.
- Full payment is due no later than 14 days before departure.
- Children aged 3 and over pay the adult rate.
- Bank charges are paid by the sender; payment must be received in full.
Cancellation
- After confirmation, the down payment is non-refundable.
- 30–15 days before departure: 75% of the total booking.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total booking.
- Cancellation fees also apply to changes of date, boat, package or trip type.
- Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, riots, government restrictions) are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Trip conditions
- Guests who are late or do not arrive at the meeting point are treated as a no-show without refund.
- For safety, the itinerary may be changed or shortened due to weather, technical issues or decisions by the authorities, without refund.
- If access to certain destinations is closed, guests may request one free reschedule within the same year, subject to availability.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Lost or damaged snorkeling equipment will be charged.
- In case of a mechanical issue, the operator may replace the boat with a speedboat or other transport, without refund or compensation.
Emergencies & insurance
- Medical emergency costs are borne by the guest and/or agent; the operator only assists with coordination.
- Guests must have valid travel & medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
